The Orchard Park Fire Company has been very busy responding to calls.The Town of Orchard Park has lifted the Travel Ban, and downgraded it to a Travel Advisory. In addition to the help we have received yesterday, today we now have assistance from Savannah Fire (Wayne County), Alton Fire (Wayne County), and NYS Task Force 2 - Urban Search and Rescue (Capitol District). So far since Tuesday, the Orchard Park Fire Company has responded to approximately 150 emergency calls, not including assistance calls (medication deliveries). Also, if you have questions about the storm (travel bans, snow removal, structural integrity issues, medication deliveries, etc), you can call the Orchard Park Police Department non-emergency dispatch number at (716) 662-6444, where we have additional personnel on to handle these inquires.
