Orchard Park extricates one patient, one flown by Mercy Flight

Early this morning, the Orchard Park Fire Company was alerted to a motor vehicle accident with injury on North Buffalo Rd. Upon arrival, Orchard Park 9 reported a two car motor vehicle accident with at least one patient trapped. Windom was alerted for their Rescue 7 to assist, as well as a Hillcrest Engine to set up a Mercy Flight landing zone. Both patients were transported to ECMC, one by Orchard Park EMS Inc, and another by Mercy Flight 4.
