This weekend, and this past week, the Orchard Park Fire Company has been busy attending fire department standbys at the Quaker Arts Festival, as well as the St. John Vianney Lawn Fate. Wednesday, the Orchard Park Fire Company, as well and Hillcrest Fire and Windom Fire were on hand at the Quaker Days "Taste of Orchard Park". Crews provided an ambulance to stand by that the large gathering, as well as fire engines to assist with traffic control, and fire suppression, if the incident would arise. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the Orchard Park Fire company will be on hand at the St John Vianney with Orchard Park Engine 3 for the fireworks standby. The fire department commonly stands by at fireworks demonstrations in the community, in case an emergency arises.
