Orchard Park responds mutual aid to Windom for structure Fire

Early this evening, the Orchard Park Fire Company was dispatched, as well as Hillcrest, Newton Abbott FAST and Scranton Truck 6, mutual aid to Windom Fire for a report of a structure fire. Windom 9 called on location with heavy smoke showing from a 2 1/2 story apartment. Crews worked to extinguish the fire. The fire is still under investigation by the Orchard Park Police Department. Preliminary investigation is leading investigators to unattended stove. Armor Fire, as well as West Falls Fire provided back fill coverage in Orchard Park while crews were out working.
