Firefighter Kyle Couell promoted to Interior Firefighter

This evening, Chief Mrugalski presented Firefighter Kyle Couell with his interior shield. Firefighter Couell completed all of his necessary training and was promoted from "Probationary" to Interior Firefighter. Congratulations Firefighter Couell!
